• By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering our scheduling services.

• You must not upload or schedule content that:

  • Violates TikTok’s community guidelines or applicable laws.

  • Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or explicit content.

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using Whatsbot, you agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

• Attempt to bypass, disrupt, or interfere with our systems.

• Collect or harvest information from other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, logos, and content related to Whatsbot (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Whatsbot or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our brand without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Whatsbot integrates with TikTok’s platform. By using Whatsbot, you also agree to comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for actions taken by TikTok, including account suspensions or restrictions.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Whatsbot available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• Users are solely responsible for the content they schedule and publish.
